There will be no more salon waiting area clients must wait in their vehicles upon arrival & text (845-693-2511 when outside if you do not have a vehicle there will be 1 chair in our front door for you to sit in ,stylist may be cleaning for your Safety or finishing up last client please give 15 additional minutes for stylist to be ready for you , if you cannot wait 15 extra minutes you will be rescheduled for a different date please understand things have changed drastically in this industry stylist are getting used to the new rules and regulations mandatory by the department of state so we need the cooperation of everyone .
It is our duty at THE HAIR BAR ORANGE COUNTY to ensure clients /customers that our salon is up to date on sanitary precautions to operate,maintain and head back to working after the Covid-19 pandemic.
What have we done ?
1.We have properly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected the salon using the highest level of sanitation products .
2.The CEO of the hair bar has been certified under the barbicide company acknowledging that we understand proper sanitation and disinfecting practices to the highest industry standards.
3. We have revised our hours to ensure staff has ample amount of time everyday to properly clean,sanitize and disinfect
4.We have implemented a client release form ensuring each client is healthy & can be serviced .
5.We have sanitizer in shop & stylist/clients are suggested to wear mask while working
6. We are strictly asking ALL clients to come to their appointment ALONE. Absolutely NO CHILDREN, NO EXTRA people allowed in shop who are NOT being serviced this ensures we are able to keep track of who and when clients visit salon
7.Stylist will properly clean,sanitize and sterilize tools ,equipment ,sinks,stations after every client. Please give your stylist 10 minutes before your appointment so we can ensure your experience is safe & clean

It Is our duty at The Hair Bar Orange County to be 100% truthful, knowledgeable & respectful to all in which we serve . We are informing our clients that Kanekalon braiding hair may contain fibers that can potentially break out sensitive skin types . As a hair stylist we are not certified to test clients for sensitive skin or test the products and hair that is being used on clients. Clients with sensitive skin are required to supply their own braiding hair we recommend braiding hair that does not contain kanekalon fibers. Stylist @ The Hair Bar Orange County will not be held responsible , required to refund or give store credit to clients that may have had an allergic reaction due to braiding hair. All clients are required to let the stylist know ahead of time before their appointment that they are allergic to certain fibers and products so that the proper hair and products are being used . If clients fail to tell the truth or are unaware/unsure of their skin conditions Any allergic reactions after your appointment you will be held responsible. However During your appointment if a stylist can see an allergic reaction occurring, the stylist is required to stop the service and refund the client deposit ONLY.
We recommend seeing your dermatologist for proper treatment if you experience an allergic reaction .
